When: Check-in between 3pm - 5pm on Friday, Jan 15. (We can’t be on-site before noon). Retreat ends noon on Monday, Jan. 18 (MLK Jr. Holiday), but please plan to stay for lunch and light clean up until 2pm. Where: Dancing Deer Farm: From the South or North US-101 Take exit 224 for Vineyard Dr, 0.2 mi, about 3 hours from San Francisco or LA, Single or Double Beds in shared rooms. Floor space and outside tent camping is limited.
What to Bring: Vegetarian POTLUCK dish for Friday night. Vegetarian dinners will be provided both Saturday and Sunday evenings. Bring your own food/beverages for breakfasts and lunches (or eat our snacks/leftovers). Two large vegetarian kitchens are available for our use. Bring towel, toiletries, flashlight, Bring objects for altar and decoration, “fairy lights”, tea light candles, and firewood. Single and Double Beds include bedding and pillows.
Cost: Singles $201. per person, Doubles $370. Based on Double occupancy $185. per person (only 4 available), $119. 16 people tenting or using floor space = no bed , $79. Under 30 no bed, $72. 5 Day Fee includes Evening Meal Cancellation policy: Full refund until Jan 10.
